I'm finally writting in my blog...been busy this few weeks. sending my sis off to UK, whole lot off preparations. And it's finally the Raya Hols!!! Goodie! But how uncoincidental is it??? the second day of my hols, my sis is already off to her dream u.......sigh, it's a miracle that she got the scholarship. God really has a weird sense of humour, He always waits until we finally put all our trust in Him before He performs his miracles...
Today was a busy day. First we went to Church, and there was a very comical guest pastor preaching today. He was really humorous and it was one of the few times i actually listened to the whole sermon, although he spoke in chinese. we nearly considered walking out when we listened to his prayer. Not really the kind we were used to, but he actually turned out to be quite good.
Then we went to have mamak, because my sis had a sudden craving for roti tisu, and i recommended my favourite mamak stall in queens'-park.but it was a bad time, the tosai came out all lumpy and the roti tisu too sweet. then my aunt and 4th uncle came over, and we went to have Taiwan cuisine......God, the soup was nice, but so was the price.....then we went to KLIA, and had KFC....a variety bucket. Gosh.....I don't know how many pounds i put on today.....
We reached KLIA bout 5.....and i waited and waited and waited etc.........then finally my sis was ready to board the plane, and that was about 9.15.......poor me..the funny thing was, a guy at the airport actually thought that my uncle was our father. when my sis checked in with the other scholars, the guy said: "This is really a father's moment."to my uncle, and my uncle nodded! I bursted out laughing, non-stop. i'm already regretting that now cause it seemed quite rude....
then we followed my sis all the way( above her head, don't think she saw us......) and caught her losing her passport. lucky someone saw it and called after her......lucky..
We have been sending my sis off eversince she was 13, and always to Singapore. Every hols she'll come back and then we'll send her off again.....Now she's nearly 20, and we're still doing the same thing, but this time it's not a bus nor a train....it's a PLANE!Goodie for her. We've been doing this until i can say that we are pro's already. although she'll be gone for 3 years, but the trick is to just think that it's just the same as the last 7 years. Sigh...... so goodbye again sis! we'll see you soon....... coz i'm gonna go there! i don't care!!!!
